Application & Withdrawal Process

Parents wishing to withdraw their ward must follow the standard 3-step procedure outlined below to obtain a Transfer Certificate.

Submit Written Application

Submit a written application to the Principal signed by both parents/guardians, stating the reason for student withdrawal.

Clear All Dues (No Dues Form)

Obtain a 'No Dues' clearance form from the school counter. Clear pending school fees, library books, and sports equipment.

Collect Issued Certificate

The Transfer Certificate will generally be issued within 7 working days following submission of the completed No Dues form.

Notice: Transfer Certificates are issued strictly as per CBSE regulations upon request by parents/guardians and verification of all fee dues cleared. One month's notice period or one month's fee in lieu thereof is required prior to withdrawal.
